Helen brings enthusiasm and a pride to the administration capabilities within the Company. Being fully conversant with administrative functions and financial services regulations, she provides a vital role in our team - supporting all administrative, and some technical matters for our financial advisory staff.

Helen ensures that clients always have access to someone who is knowledgeable about their circumstances, and efficient in her understanding of the nature of client enquiries. She is our link in all client issues and review meeting preparation. 

She has the proven knowledge and experience that allows her to immediately identify the action that needs to be taken, and when to refer the matter to an adviser authorised with the Financial Services Authority.   

In addition to a decade and more of experience in financial services administration, Helen has also made examination progress and aims to achieve the full Financial Planning Certificate (FPC) in the near future.
